I really like the onion pulp technique.
😂thank -You for the great tip!!! Muchos gracias ❤
C’est quoi un Classic burger ?
When I first learned about reverse searing over a decade ago, I was told to let the steak hit 125°F and rest for 10-15 minutes before putting in the hot pan. I tried it your way tonight, and it was a great improvement. Thanks!
So I just a roughly 2 pound roast in 2 cups of water for 35 minutes and it turned out kind of dry? Didn't want to shred nicely. I wasn't making french dip sandwiches I was making hot beef with mashed potatoes, I used the 2 cups of water I cooked the roast in to make the gravy but, yeah the roast turned out pretty dry, any tips?
Making now!!
Great video thanks alot.. Also Pico, Cilantro, red beets, and some real spicy authentic homemade hot sauce 😋 Goes amazing on tacos 🌮
Hello from David's Meat Market! We do Prime Dry Age Beef! We are out of Little Rock Ar.
What American cheese is used at most smash burger restaurants? They don’t taste anything like the deli deluxe slices in most stores, they are different and not as overpowering
wisheshster saaaauce😅
Made a couple of these tonight and man they were good! I enjoyed the one I had without condiments more than the one I made with a little ketchup.
They are called cabbage burgers in my house
My daughter won't eat onions and I won't eat yellow cheese. I'm going to try a swiss mushroom version! Also totally cheese-less with onions.
I’ve made these twice and need help. They were awesome but….first time I only had flour tortillas so I used those. They got really soggy during the fry it process to the point they had to be eaten with a fork. I tried them again the next week (yes they were that good) and this time I used corn tortillas and the same way. Help please.

God bless our ranchers and farmers.❤
Simply beautiful
You lost me at packaged shredded cheeese
What was the marinate though 😩
Great burgers, simple, all about the technique.... though saying I like the toppings on the bottom and then eating it upside down made me laugh.
How long you cook for each burger ?
As hot as it goes so like 500°?
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽 Let's GOOOOOO!!! ##kojibuildscommunity
Is it just throw in the oven to cook in the skillets own heat . Or is the oven pre heated ??
Yes ground beef is healthier than steak
Thanks for this video! Just finished trimming the one I bought this weekend.
just made these and they came out PERFECT! i used Lamb's lettuce and sweet chilly sauce instead w sauce. its the best burger i ever made. the onion hack is insane
I like what he did, the White Castle way 😂
I've always called chicken fried steak my death row meal. As in, if I were ever in death row, this would be my last meal. Chicken fried steak and eggs, scrambled, hash browns crispy (with gravy on the hash browns). With 1 biscuit and gravy, instead of toast.
Chicken fried steak is my favorite food. Yours looks delicious.
WHAT TEMP IS THE OVEN
Having a moment???? Oh.........Jewish brisket is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grill wasn't hot enough
First here. Nice, I will try.
Can you also use an air fryer?
Awesome vid! Helped me out with my first batch of Smash Burgers! Thanks!
thanks for the video!
It was excellent but 15 min on each side too long - I did 12 on each side and it was a bit too long / it was more medium - I would do probably do 8 on each side the next time
I have used this recipe in the past with ribeye steaks. Had a t-bone today and used the recipe in the exact same way and it was also excellent! This is my go to for steaks. Don't even bother with the grill anymore for them.
I like finely chopping my homemade Pastrami and adding it to my burger mix along with some shredded cheddar. Then cook it Smashburger Style on the flat top.
Your the best mate i love your work
This genuinely might be one of the most appetizing videos on this sight
that's our local beef company near Paulding Ga.

🤤
God bless our farmers and ranchers.❤
What should a chuck roll cost per pound?
